Yes — cancellations are allowed. Depending on the property, free cancellation is available up to 24–48 hours before check-in. Our team will confirm terms during booking.

Do I need to carry ID proof at the hotel?

Yes — valid government-issued ID (Aadhaar, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory at check-in for all guests. International travelers must present their passport.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, bank transfers, and cash at the property. Some hotels also allow card payments on-site. Confirm with our team at the time of booking.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Most hotels follow a 12:00 PM check-in and 11:00 AM check-out policy. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request at an extra cost.

Are meals included in the booking price?
